Cliff’s practice is primarily focused on the representation of lenders and mortgage-related legal services. He is Mortgage Default Counsel for the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac). In addition, he represents the nation’s largest manufactured home retailers and lenders statewide. He was a contributing author for the Texas Foreclosure Manual, Third Edition, 2014.
