Austin Morales

Austin Morales is an experienced litigator who represents individuals and businesses in state and federal courts across Texas. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, encompassing a wide range of complex matters.

He has successfully handled cases involving personal injury, commercial trucking, construction defect, oilfield and workplace injury, premises liability, wrongful death, dram shop litigation, first-party insurance disputes, and business conflicts including indemnity obligations and defamation. His depth of experience allows him to identify and resolve complex legal issues while serving as a strong advocate for his clients.

Prior to his legal career, Austin spent nearly a decade as a casualty claims adjuster at USAA where he handled personal injury and fatality claims—a background that provides him with unique insight in litigation and strengthens his ability to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients.

Austin earned his B.A. from UTSA and his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he served as Senior Associate Editor on the St. Mary’s Law Journal. During law school he gained valuable experience as a judicial intern at the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is licensed in all four U.S. District Courts of Texas.
