Our Attorneys

Emily was born and raised in Dripping Springs, Texas. She graduated with a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University in 2003 where she was a member of the softball team and cheerleading squad, and a J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2006. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2007 and is licensed to practice in the State District Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Western District of Texas and the Southern District of Texas.

Emily’s practice consists of representing various clients in auto accident, commercial auto accident and trucking accident cases, product liability, and commercial disputes. Emily has obtained successful trial verdicts for her clients and continues her litigation practice in numerous locations within the state of Texas.

Emily is a member of the Fair Oaks Ranch City Council, and volunteers for the Take Steps for Crohn’s and Colitis annual walk. She has two children, Charlotte and Luke.
